Election Day is just two weeks away and already voters throughout the district are casting their vote for their next State Senator in the Democratic primary. Over the last year, I've had the opportunity to travel throughout the district - from Eureka and Arcata to Ukiah and Fort Bragg to Lakeport and Clear Lake to Benicia and back again.  It has been a wonderful chance to reconnect with my roots on the North Coast and to get to know more people in Lake and Solano Counties. I was able to meet with many voters in the district to talk about my ideas for reforming the Capitol and creating the green, sustainable jobs we need to bring back our state's economy.
